The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE arrives with a higher price and a spec sheet that largely mirrors its predecessor. Priced at EUR 600, the new “Fan Edition” device carries over most of the hardware from last year’s Galaxy S25 FE while adding a fresh chip generation, updated software, and a redesigned camera module.

What’s Inside the Galaxy S26 FE
Hardware-wise, the phone looks familiar. It features a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, an Exynos 2500 processor, and 8GB of RAM paired with either 128GB or 256GB of storage. Powering the device is a 4,900 mAh battery with 45W charging support.
On the back, the Galaxy S26 FE keeps a triple camera system: a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom. Aside from the chipset bump, the internal specifications remain effectively unchanged compared to the Galaxy S25 FE.
Android 17 and New Software Features
The standout addition this year is software. The Galaxy S26 FE ships with Android 17 (One UI 9) out of the box, a version otherwise available only on the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Flip 8 lineup. The update introduces several new capabilities, including “My FanCam,” which tracks a subject in video for social sharing, along with AI features powered by Gemini Omni.
Samsung also refreshed the exterior design. The new camera bump is styled to match the rest of the Galaxy S26 series, and the phone comes in three color options: Blueberry, Graphite, and Pistachio.
Pricing and Availability
The EUR 600 launch price marks a EUR 43 increase over the Galaxy S25 FE, which debuted at a lower cost and currently sells for as little as EUR 429 through some carriers and retailers. The higher price reflects broader industry pressure on memory and component costs.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE goes on sale September 4.
