Processing of personal data
TecnoAndroid US pays particular attention to the protection of users’ privacy and the processing of personal data.
This notice describes how personal data of users visiting https://tecnoandroid.us are collected and processed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, because the publisher is established in Italy. For readers in the United States, this notice also describes our practices under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, where those laws apply.
The notice is provided solely for the TecnoAndroid US website and not for any external sites that may be reached through links on the site.
Data collected during browsing
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the site automatically acquire certain technical data during browsing, which may include IP address, browser type and operating system, provider domain name, date and time of the request, referrer page and pages visited, and size/status of the server response.
This information is used only in aggregated or anonymized form for statistical, security and proper site-operation purposes. Data may be used by competent authorities to ascertain liability in the event of computer crimes against the site.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
Optional and voluntary submission of personal data via email, contact forms or other site services results in acquisition of the data provided by the sender. Such data are used solely to respond to requests, provide information about services/collaborations/editorial initiatives, and manage applications or spontaneous communications.
Providing data is optional, but failure to provide it may make it impossible to deliver the requested services or correctly handle the request.

Data retention period
Personal data are retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, unless legal obligations require different periods. Data sent via email/forms are retained as needed to handle the request and for administrative, legal or rights-protection needs.
Communication of data
Personal data may be processed by authorized personnel and, where necessary, by technical, IT, administrative, editorial or advertising providers acting as processors or independent controllers. Data will not be disseminated except for legal obligations or authority requests.
Transfer of data to third countries
Some third-party providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and/or outside the United States, with the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
User rights (EU / UK GDPR)
Users in the EEA or United Kingdom may exercise GDPR (or UK GDPR) Articles 15–22 rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. A complaint may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or, where applicable, another competent supervisory authority.
U.S. state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights, which can include the right to know / access, delete, correct, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising and analytics partners may collect identifiers and usage data through cookies or similar technologies; depending on applicable law this may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can limit this through cookie settings, industry opt-outs, and your browser controls.
California residents may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights. To submit a request, email the controller using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it.
We do not currently operate a dedicated “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” form beyond cookie consent tools and the request channel below. If you send a privacy request, we will handle it in line with applicable U.S. state law.

Personal data that may appear in editorial content are processed in accordance with rules applicable to journalistic activities, the right to report news, and the principle of essentiality of information. Site content is protected by copyright law.
