The Fractal Summit is a new mid-tower case aimed at builders who want expressive, high-performance systems that pair Scandinavian design with strong cooling. Fractal helped launch the wood-accent PC trend with its North line, and the Summit continues that approach with FSC-certified wood used for the front surround and solid wood feet. FSC certification means the timber comes from responsibly managed forests. The result is a genuinely attractive chassis, though the wood detailing is easiest to appreciate on the Chalk White or Black versions, since it blends into the Blackout SKU.
Compared with the Define One launching the same day, the Summit takes an open-face approach and ships with three Momentum 14 fans for ample airflow. Inside, the roomy layout supports motherboards up to E-ATX, including rear-connect designs, along with large graphics cards and dual 360mm radiators. Removable top and front brackets provide tool-free access for easier building.
Connectivity and Lighting
The top-mounted panel offers solid I/O, including two USB Type-A ports and a 20 Gbps USB Type-C connector. The Ambience Blackout version adds integrated, customizable ARGB lighting that wraps around the front panel edge, hidden behind the removable front panel. The other configurations skip the ARGB lighting entirely.
Pricing and Configurations
Pricing starts at EUR 147 for the non-ARGB versions, which include Chalk White Solid, Chalk White TG Clear, Black Solid, and Black TG Light Tint. The Ambience Blackout model with ARGB lighting runs EUR 173. Vertical GPU support is available but requires a separate adapter priced at EUR 69.
